FStrong is silly. Does the ruler need intangibility for 58/103 frames of the move? Also, the opening of the door has a hitbox,which is just unfun to play with and against, and 24 frames of endlag for a killmove with a huge hitbox that extends behind the user and provides intangibility is too low in my opinion
I think the dropkick (forward-air) should have its animation and hitbox moved down; it's pretty useless near the ground, since you land before even getting low enough to hit most characters
Just some stuff I noticed after I played against him a few times and noticed some oddities, and did some testing. Otherwise, he's a fun, unconventional character, and I got quite a few laughs out of the references.

While the characters sprites are nice, a lot of the hitboxes are a bit all over the place, and the animations aren't properly alighned, which really messes with the gamefeel
Otherwise, excited to play this when it's more polished
