As for gm_console, I don't have the original files so I can't update it.
We already have eeveelution playermodels however they aren't great in terms of looks and animations. I wanted to have higher quality playermodels so there's that. Long story short I simply got frustrated that new bones I were adding to the models were not being recognized by studiomdl and stopped. Handling models in source is definitely not my strong suit.
