I have very frustrating bug with character freezing at the end of attack animation. Once every 20-30 strikes if using animation reset with movement keys. If happened you can't do anything, only turn around. Have to reload or use marvin-f8.

Other mods don't suffer from it. Any ideas how to fix?

It is a good mod, but it is dependend of the mod Ninja which worked fine at first but now Windows Defender is seeing the Ninja.dll as a threat and as such i wont be able to use this mod anymore.

EDIT: Found out that it was the Mod Free Aiming (in the collection and maybe more) is only starting when you have Ninja installed I recommend disabling/unsubscribing it

Hey, I read somewhere, can't find it now, that in the minimod balance you can join the water mages. Is it true and does it get you the water mages armor?

I tested and realized that hotkeys don't work on the russian version of the game. They appeared in the settings only when I switched the game to english. Maybe this is a bug and needs to be fixed or at least clarified here on the workshop page. I wonder how to check if the other functions work?

How can I check if MiniMod Balance works if the H and P buttons don't work? (I already checked in the settings and the use of potions is disabled for these buttons)

Is there a way to install only the remaster mod without the MiniMod balance patch?

1. Right click on Gothic II Gold Edition in your steam library and go to properties.
2. Go to the General tab and select language
Gibberish language might be possible for some texts since the minimod balance content is autotranslated as I mentioned in the description.

It lists Polish as a supported language, but it's not, some texts are English, other are gibberish Polish.

Die Mod selbst braucht prinzipiell den Union Patch nicht. Der ist wichtig wenn man weitere Mods verwendet, die tiefer in die G2 Mechaniken eingreifen. Daher reicht der in der G2 Steam Edition integrierte SystemPack 1.8 aus.

hi @Stariy Klop running workshop mods with g2 is pretty easy:
1. Right click on Gothic II Gold Edition in your steam library and go to properties.
2. Go to the Beta tab and select workshop beta.
3. Start Gothic 2 Gold Edition [workshop]
4. Choose Gothic II: Gold Remaster + MiniMod Balance in list
5. Press green Play button at the top right corner

and how do i install these modifications via steam?
