Potentially, Give it a Try. Its recommended as it'll likely cause errors at the bare minimum. But it might work.

OASIS Mod is a requirement, as this mod uses some content from it

So wait Oasis is a requirement? Or can I run this pack fine without it? Cause I don't see it as a Requirement on the mod page that I'm confused
