Rash, through Steam Remote Play Together, you can do it, you can enable it through the steam overlay when you invite your friend.
If you mean playing with 2 keyboards on the same PC, i think it should work

Sorry bro. After my investigation, this issue is caused by a conflict with the "RetryEndless" mod, not a problem with your mod's operation.

BR0K0N, the game doesn't touch anything about enemies spawning, so i doubt it has to do with the mod, maybe another mod conflicting?

Enemys are not spawning and the wasd is controlling the arrow keys, what do i do (ive moved the order of mods, the mod options are first)

Hey bro QAQ, after subscribing to this mod, my friend and I started a normal game. Everything worked fine at first—he used the arrows and I used wasd. But once the first wave ended, none of our keys responded anymore, including the direction keys and the confirm key.,tks

Jacky, you need to first join as the first player for you to then choose the other ones, if you have done that, send me back and tell me a little more about the situation

in the chose character menu I can not chose for player 2/3/4 even if the coop button is on

hey, as your "Known Bugs" states, we cant enter to the co-op-game with the keys, navigating does work tho... tried everything from restarts to loading order of mods, but it won't work either, hopefully you can find a solution

On the first topic, you could try changing the order that the mod loads, that could help with compatibility, you can change them on the game's properties

On the second topic, you could convert the N64 controllers input into a Xbox360 controller or something like that, there's probably a way to do that, here's a post on reddit

ok, so i dont know if you care, but this doesnt play nice with the autobattler mod. IDK why, but im assuming its because the autobattle mod AI uses the default controls, and so ends up referencing/modifying the same keybind config yours does. Havent looked at the files (dont even know if i am ABLE to, tbh), so i dont know if this will be a quick fix or something more in depth and not worth the effort.

However, if you get them to work, it turns Brotato into a team-based idle autobattle game, and that sounds amazing!

On a completely sepperate note, how hard would it be to change the controls to use the numpad of two sepperate N64 controllers? Or even better, the joystick (though i think the game, being designed for computer, wont handle more than an 8-directional input. maybe look at how the controls for the mobile app might help? idk!)

when you're on the menu where you select characters, have you activated the coop button menu?

I'll try to explain.
We install the mod. One player plays on a joystick, the other two on the keyboard. But in fact they seem to be playing from 1 device

Игорилла, the insert key is only used for pausing, so you could pause using player 1, for example, so you should be good with that

Now it works that I add the first player with E, but I can´t add any other player(I am playing on an laptop where Page up button = the 9 button, if that helps)

How can I add more than one player to the lobby? The keybord is activated and he can control the keybord, but I can´t add more than the first player with "space"

Please add the ability to rebind buttons for each player, because there is no insert button on the partial keyboard

i can't get this to work :/ when i have mod options installed i can't get a single player to join and without mod options only one player can join with space - unfortunately E, Page Up etc don't do anything

try changing the tfgh option, and restart the game, it will work

it doesnt let me use y for 4th player

Hi FurnishedCash, you need to press e, then PAGE UP for second player, then O for third player and Y for fourth player, then you use WASD , ARROWS, IJKL or TFGH to move the cursor on the character select, then you press the same button you joined with and you select a character.
