Just a solid winter jacket. While I could criticize it for resembling winter jackets worn by other classes and therefore not really incorporating Heavy's personality into its design, I know there are plenty of players who prefer simple, strong cosmetics like this. It's the sort of thing you'd get back when Valve cared about making everything actually fit into the setting.

Also, I must compliment you all for incorporating Heavy's standard colour placement into the design! The red shoulders mimicking his usual red sleeves was an inspired decision.
