Like if you have over 100 addons the games starts to get a bit buggy and some episodic dialogue and textures won't load

It could be you have too many addons and some aren't loading correctly. I've tested this out through the modpacks I've made and noticed that some addons won't load so that the game can run better. Dunno why valve did this tho

Bro it works fine for me, also you dont need the base mod. The base mod is just for default HL2.

So, unfortunately, this doesn't work in the base game or some custom maps, while in other customs maps, it does. I have subscribed to the base mod, too. Someone here said they figured out what was wrong but never posted an explanation. From what I have seen, this mod is great, so hopefully I can get it to work consistently
