try loading it after remix and main base. if that doesnt change anything or just makes the unofficial ones not work, then its an issue on your end
likely an addon conflict

when switching to burst on the sg556 it will fire the rounds as if it was already on burst (firing one round in auto then swtiching to burst results in two more rounds being fired instantly)
