@[82DK] wyomingwolf There is a pair of crashed Factorum ships in there now as I forgot to remove them before I pushed the last update. I found one myself yesterday and it kinda launched drones, as the game spawned in some Bumblebees to protect it like it does in some of the default Global Encounters's. Blew up my rover :)

I am happy to hear that there is going to be planetary encounters. Will they launch drones periodically or is that future update/idea?

I Play most of SE offline and your Mod Works Offline and when i mean offline i transfer the files to the offline folder so they do not update when loading with internet and i added code to get a Cargo Ship with friends to spawn using MES

@Dragonmar Good to hear

@[82DK] wyomingwolf Make sure the mod is updated. I had a bug, where I had forgotten to set at least one grid in each DFAC encouter to GpsGrid true, meaning that they spawned but didn't broadcast the gps signal. That you got less Factorum could be because there were "silent" DFAC encounters.

As for threath score/PCU I do not think Global Encounters is based on that, at least there is nothing to specify in the encounter definitions. Also under settings you can bump the number of GE's from 1 to 2 meaning there should normally be two GE's at any given time

This faction must be super secretive if they aren't spawning (do see the faction in the list in game). Then again even the regular Factorum are not spawning normally anymore (first day this released the signals were popping up all the time, but now.. nada). Only running light MES encounters too

Speaking of does this encounter rely on threat score/PCU?

@thepawnow: Yeah, I had to rush it to the "market" ;)

Added 1 more ship (modified warship) and 2 new encounters, both on the heavy side so would love some feedback when you encounter the DFAC. There are also some easier scout encounters.

Hopefully I will be done with the first Planetary one this coming weekend so those "planetbound" will get some prototech loot on the ground too.

@[82DK] wyomingwolf I think I forgot to make the modified regular thrusters non public, will fix ;) As for the spawns, I'm increasing the spawnrate and adding additional spawns, regular GE's is still winning the spawn rate

@APhantomSoldier It should as it uses the Global Encounter framework in Contact update so should be independant of SE

Running with MES and I haven't seen anything from this mod yet, but the blocks are available to build (though frame needed of course for Proto stuff)

Been waiting for this to come about... and to add the level of pain I shall give the NPC random weapons of Aryx and Proto+ via config commands :D
