Hello shortnamesalex! I just wanted to say that you are an awesome and very talented mapmaker, and as you mentioned, you are having trouble with mapping urban areas that look believable.
Here is some advice for you that i can give after exploring the map:
Try to make buildings look more smoother and less brutalistic (Try to make architecture seem less blocky like that, i saw the building with the door between two other buildings), and it looks a little unnatural.
