The devil's ballsack

Satan's damage is wildly inconsistent since he doesn't lock on to any boss but rather only stomps the middle. This makes him OP against single immobile bosses but practically worthless against rooms of enemies and bosses that are fast enough move just out of the center of the circle. Its comically bad in big rooms and boss rush, since making the biggest circle possible will just cause Satan to stomp nothing.
This makes it so you are disincentivized to make make the biggest circle but rather keep the circle a medium size so you can more consistently land Satan which feels antithetical to the item's design (Putting in the effort to make a massive circle should yield better results).
