The main thing is the armour of some characters makes them no-sell certain attacks. For example, 1000 star lords can't do anything to thanos whatsoever.
Another thing is that knockback can result in fights being unbalanced. For example, 1000 howard the ducks can beat 1000 thanos at once and only 150 ducks died)
I'd lower the armor of most characters and decrease their impact force whilst increasing their HP and possibly damage to compensate.
