Consider using one of the already finished mods but do what you did to fix the hair. Your model is the only one with color accurate hair, the others are far too bright.

The bones don't match the model very well. I already adjusted them once, but it's still not quite right. Previously, it was even worse—the spine ended up at the neck area.

the mod is ok, I don't think it's a bug but apparently Leon is bigger than usual, he's much bigger compared to the other survivors, even infected ones, kind of reminding myself of being the tallest of the group lol

突然发现贴图的尺寸好像特别大，，，一共150，贴图占了140，现在压缩了一半，变成70了，不知道是不是这个导致的闪退，I suddenly realized that the texture sizes seem to be unusually large. the file is 150MB, the textures take up 140MB. I've now compressed them by half, reducing it to 70MB. I'm not sure if this was the cause of the crashes.
