Are you planning on adjusting the mod to restrict Uranium refining from the Prototech Refinery? On top of letting it accept purified/crushed ores too (that are applicable)

Ya when I have time I plan to make them comparable. Was planning to use mod adjuster

I think I managed it by copying the prototech cubeblocks file into the IO folder (deleting everything that wasn't the refineries) and changing the class to match the IO refinery class. Probably missing something but allows ores to refined at least.

Thanks for putting the Rotor Fix in a mod, ensures that the fix you explained in the IO page sticks with updates/integrity verification.

Maybe something to put on the todo list for completeness sake: Enable Prototech Refineries to accept IO ores, purified/crushed vanilla ores and ores added like Titanium, Bauxite etc..
