You have to use the Player Select mod to select him.

I'm not sure what you're asking. If you're asking how to use this mod in coop, the player select menu will help you with that.

My only guess is maybe editing the textures so some of the frames in the walk cycle are higher. That's how it works in PM64 and maybe Sticker Star at least.
IDK if that'll break smth tho.

Wondering if it's possible to make it so Mario bobs up and down when he walks? Just to make it look even better, 'cuz the walk cycle looks a bit odd without him bobbing.

The second I saw that the Niko mod included a guide for making 2d playable characters, I knew someone was gonna make one for paper mario. Amazing work!
