i love how every single mod maker just hates mahito and would rather make like yuji's dead uncle

when you are close to a wall jump and you will see the prompt show up as a new move. the enemy cant be close to the wall aswell otherwise it disables itself

i just read smth about a wall jump attack?? Can someone tell me how to do that?

@KriaSync : if you have used a cursed tool and it broke, replenish lets you get that broken tool back

@Crimson Ddraig : true to the source material, she's immune to domains, and can enter closed domains like Yuji's new domain by Skitter, or jynx' Sukuna mod.

question is maki immune to domains like in the source material or is she balanced around gameplay?

i didnt work on Yuta but jynx and the spriter say they dont really have plans to work on him anymore, Imma look into making a pull in move i like that

Fun character, solid attacks, love the camera zoom-in on some of them, the sound effects are meaty and give weight to the hits, and the animations are neat as well. I really like the wall jump attack, it feels like such an interesting surprise mechanic that can genuinely shock an opponent. My only, and this is very minor, it would be nice if she had a pull-in type move (something with the chain of a thousand miles perhaps?) that could work like Ninja's grappling hook (or possibly Cowboys lasso), and could allow for some more combo variety. Otherwise, keep up the good work (and I hope that Yuta isn't abandoned for good, I'd like to see more done with the base you've made for him!!)

next update we are changing Spear of Heaven pretty much completely btw, itll have more moves and the throw will be more rewarding so that its not just a reskin of the Naginata throw, itll give you access to moves similar to how our impale options do

I feel like the speed of sound movement should match the Toji mod a little better because as of now its a terrible option. the Toji one has 11f of use while Maki has 18 making open even if your opponent just waits as opposed to one frame with Toji.

@EL_Drogass : i was just going to send you a link to a message in there which explains Base Domains perfectly. but short version is its a new thing where you can add domains to yourcharacter which can be open or closed and we have used that to allow Maki to enter and exit closed domains if somebody adds one to their jjk mod

@NikOlasFly : the only similarities between Maki and Toji are their backstories and the way they are treated by the family. I feel like Gege made it clear that he wants maki to be seen as her own character with all the growth she went through. not just toji 2.0.

If Gege was doing mods for YOMI hustle he would make Maki as a skin for Toji instead of making new character
