CommunistFelipe There is nothing stopping the European powers from bringing gunboats to Japan and the same people that in our timeline existed would also exist here. Imagine Matthew Perry now born in Rhode Island, Canada still pursuing as a naval general. I find it likely that he or somebody else would open Japan around 1850s-1880s. As for the imperialism Japan would gain Korea as in our timeline, the Philippines after a rebellion against Spanish rule, Indochina after the second Franco-German war and Manchuria around 1-4 years before scenario start cause of a weaker China compared to our timeline.

may i ask why the Japanese are being imperialistic? No american gunboats were there for them and also they seem to be invading a bit early

Turkey got carved up after the Balkan wars. Think of a Third Balkan war that had the great powers carve The Ottomans.

lucasantonio.frota this scenario is not supposed to be the same as the HOI4 mod and it isn't. The Americas, East Asia and parts of Africa and Europe are different. The only common things are no WW1 and France gets beaten up by Germany.

There are tho some changes that can really improve the game for example:
Some rebelions around the world like india pakistan ukraine
The chinese warlords insted of one china with there own ideology under a chinese allince

but over all really nice and i hope you make other maps in the future
