This mod works and I like it. Disabling the AI from doing it is currently an option at game start.
Pros:
Core states that you wouldn't normally get to, leading to less rebellion.
Assimilate all armies, commanders, and division templates.
Gain manpower without using goon squads to drive compliance (garrison)
Cons:
Surplus stored equipment belonging to a cored state seems to disappear.

DECOLONIZE
dont actually take the decolonization decision but instead take every other decision and then integrate the newly released states
