Hello, there seems to be a problem with the civ not spawning on the YnAMP play Europe again map

I was unhappy with the original approach i had towards Lithuania. I've returned and reworked it with a more dynamic and interesting UA and a new improvement with custom assets.

Hopefully this more accurately portrays Lithuania and it's long cultural history and folklore tradition.

Will be unlisting Lithuania for a short while, there's bugs and aspects of the mod I am not happy with. I need to work on some parts of it.

If you want to play multiple Lithuanias, I recommend using RwbyMoon's Lithuania for this one, since it doesn't change the Vilnius city-state.

If you include Strudeler's Lithuania in the same match, I recommend removing the Vilnius city state to avoid a data conflict.
