Does this have any effect when they are drafted?
Does that automatically count as 'high danger' and unlock their full potential?

max resting speed is a need for my colony, because every pawn just tap their bed and get up because the bed is too great and their body also too enhanced

Is there a way to change what settings are determined by this in the config? I like this idea but I would only really want to change the movement speed and not nerf every work speed.
