No it is not what is uploaded as of now is Version 1 I am working on a version 1.1 update as well that will include new textures and updating old ones as well as fixing bugs

Not every texture. Some textures will stay and I will only add detail textures to them in their properties. I also won't be doing the effects and particles because those ones are significantly much harder to do since it involves animated textures. that and I can't make animations for shit.
