i just re-ordered and tested again and for some reason Malekiths bleaksword shields are different from the rest of his stuff lol thats weird. im gonna try the mod on its own next to see if that fixes it

But in general both Bleakswords and Dreadspears should share the same shield set.

are malekiths bleakswords supposed to have a reddish shield color with a red dragon on them? the spears shields look normal. maybe i have a conflict or something

However there is definetely a separation for the units of Naggarond.
And I didn't mean for you to create new stuff, mainly I just wanted to confirm if the mod is working as intended, concerning the things I mentioned.

My info about the patch was meant in general and not about the "issue" stated by you.
There is no separation for the units, all use the same variants (general speaking for this mod).

I have not the time to create or re-create potential missing textures/shields.

The difference in shields between Darkshards, Dreadspears and Bleakswords that Naggarond has is also completely missing in other DE factions. You said there are a different amount of variants, but it seems strange that there is no variance at all for the other factions, so I'm not sure that's intended.
I'd appreciate it if you could check if the way it is now is actually the way the mod is supposed to work, when you have the time of course.

Sorry to bother you again, but even after CA's fix the shield variations within and across units feel "off". As an example from the WH2 version for Har Ganeth:

Here there are many different variants of shields, however in this mod currently there is only the "hand grabbing heart" variant in 2 slightly different forms present. The red shield, "candle" or skull emblem ones are completely missing.

Due to CA's latest patch there seems to be an issue with files written in caps.
This can vary from mod crashes to single models/textures not loading...
Since I have a handful of mods, I can't go through them and check/ fix this.
So I ask you for patience, CA is aware of the problem and is working on a hotfix.

Not all factions have the same amount of designs, thats true.

Is it supposed to be the case that Naggarond has different shield for Dreadspears, Bleakswords and Darkshards, with more variations within the unit compared to other Dark Elf factions? They all have the same shields for these 3 units, as well as only one or 2 variants. They look different in the pictures for the TWW2 version as well. So I'm not sure the way I describe it is intentional.

Thank you for your work ! I think it would just need a bit of tweaking around the corner of the upper golden part of some shields, as some pixels can appear with the wrong color here. And for one suggestion, it would be awesome to add some variations with the old vanilla shield golden patterns (they are cool too !)
