this mod is so so good will it upd in 1.6?
Gotta get the best nuke frames y'know? Saryn, Nova, Sevagoth haaaa. Ngl though I've been looking for a psycast that does good necromancy, however I only found the VE version, however if Nekros could be added that would be great! However his is also time limited :/ Maybe add protea or limbo lol

It will probably be the best if I make it selfcast only as you said, then it will work similar to how it does in Warframe.

Enemy Rhino psycasters don't understand that ironskin isn't an offensive spell, and will cast it on pawns they are attacking, drastically buffing them in the process. Perhaps it should be a selfcast only spell, since Rhino already has enough support with Roar.

猫 Nawjak, I have fixed your issues. I tested it in game and it no longer heals scarification OR permanent scars!

猫 Nawjak, Thank you for the bug report! I did not know it healed scarification or permanent scars... but I guess it makes sense when I look at the code.

I iterate through the pawns injuries and then I call injury.Heal(1f) so I guess scars are counted.

I will do some research on how to fix this issue.

I have two issues with Oberon's Renewal: it heals scarification (which is annoying because if your ideology wants them you have to redo them), and it heals other permanent scars, including in the brain, which usually are a huge deal and require either a rare healer mech serum or a lengthy bioregeneration cycle to heal, yet with Renewal they are gone with a simple button press. Maybe you could improve which injuries are healed by that? Or maybe make it only *tend* injuries, instead of downright healing them? That would probably still be quite overpowered considering it's more powerful, yet cheaper, than the Sanguophages' Coagulate ability.

DahuAuhaz, I have figured out what was wrong. I have mistakenly used a hediff parent that only exists in the Ideology DLC. This means that if you play without the DLC, the game will cause an error.

I have removed the parent node so it will function properly without Ideology now.

For existing users, there might be a small and hopefully one-time error when loading a save where you have a pawn that is affected by one of my hediffs. If such an error occurs, I would recommend waiting for the hediff to remove itself naturally (or you can speed up the process with dev mode) and then there should be no more problems. :steamthumbsup:

DahuAuhaz, I will investigate the debug inspect tab, do you also have a log that shows the error? If I had a log I could pinpoint the issue and get rid of it quickly!

Hi. Milkwater. I really impressed about this mod. Unfortunately, I can't play this mod on 1.5 version cause the debug inspect tab shown error, after I installed this mod and another demanded mod and DLC on the list. This showing I missing the node name called "RoleStatBuff" for "HediffDef".

cool! but it's unfortunate the 4 i like are not here. I love useing Nyx, nekros, Revenant, and Mirage (in that order actually) for their ability to brainwash or use the dead to breed chaos.

Also sorry to all commenters I have been busy with my other warframe mod so progress is slowed on this one for a while, i need to do more art and stuff because i like making warframes into rimworld, but I will come back to this one at some point i promise

Ash is next, then maybe Saryn or Gauss. I'm just trying to find frames with abilities that translate well into Rimworld, like some abilities are crazy like Mag for some reason...

G2dP, yes it should be safe to install mid-game, it just adds extra psycast trees!

And yes every ability EXCEPT for the photon strike only damages hostile pawns. Idk why I made the photon strike like that but yeah... :sacrificed:

Two things.. 1st. I would take it that this would be safe to install mid game? And

2nd. When a power says "damage to all enemies around you" that's actual enemies right? For example if I use Rhino Stomp in the middle of a fight with allies around it will not damage them too, will it?

I have just had more than one scenario that I have melted my own pawns on accident while using Psycast
