One day I'll get all notifications in time
For refuel you have to enable "stockpile" mode for them. The ship should have a quick action for it on the hotbar

this likey sounds dumb; are the hydrogen tanks ones that only work docked or need some key combo pressed to refuel by hand, as there seems to be no way to get to the hydro tanks with out grinding the ships hull off
