Honestly the only thing I'd do is make the leather parts of the jacket more close to Engineer's pants than anything. Using Orange as a team color is fine since it's apart of Cream Spirit; it's not like it's also such as Blu.

too much orange is exposed. close up that region some, make the collar less exaggerated then it should be fine.
