Updated the mod. If you want an even bigger roster size I another mode that increases the roster size without touching the Stage Coach files at all so they can be used together.

This one adds 100 to the roster size.

Going above 100 can cause game instability and CTDs though. So if you are experiencing any issues this guide can help with that.

love this mod a lot was just hoping if maybe the max amount of heros could go to like 64 at level 6 or something like that if not its al good il just cut some exess classes ;p

If you want to disable it you'll have to dismiss all heroes that exceed the roster size of the base game for your current upgrade level to the barracks. For example, if you don't upgrade the barracks you would have a roster size of 14 with this mod. So you'd have to dismiss until you only have 9 heroes or less. Also for experienced recruits if you only did the first three upgrades it should be fine if you did anything beyond that uninstall/disable at your own risk as I haven't tested uninstalling on this case.

so is there any way to delete it mid playthrough or not? or can i just deactivate the mod ingame instead of deleting it or is it the same result?

It's should be safe to install mid-playthrough. The only issue is with uninstalling mid-playthrough as it can cause save file issues.
