i dunno, the loadout potential is really weak on this, plus the red version is way too saturated (blu is fine)

Because he's a class whose entire modus operandi is to disguise himself in plain sight or pretend to be someone he's not, so he can infiltrate sensitive areas for whoever he's working for.

This is the same man whose got a bunch of cosmetics that feature cameras hidden inside articles of clothing, so the idea of him adopting the disguise of a janitorial staff member for the sake of espionage work also falls into that category of him being a spy.

Why the visibility vest though? It feels out of place because of the colors. You actually modeled a good janitor uniform underneath it that I feel would've fit better without the vest.

This plus the taunt that Kylul made is a very funny combo and could see a bunch of spies day one of an update doing the trick.
And with the paint region being so small makes it so if you see that shade of red if you know about the misc you won't think oh a pyro you'll think oh it's a janitor spy.

The vest is nice, but I'd prefer it if it was just the chore jacket underneath it.

I love the idea but I feel like the vest is a bit "hard to read". I almost want to suggest having it "Engineer helmet yellow" but that'd bring even more problems.

Spies engage in espionage, such as stealing various data by infiltrating inside a particular structure using disguise and various technologies. It's a pity that people have forgotten about this and think that spies are some kind of ninjas who can only do backstabs
