Pitagoras991 The Scandinavian prison system has recidivism that more brutal punishment based prison systems can only dream of. If giving prisoners PlayStations reduces the reoffending rate then what is the problem?

In open prison system the're are no cells, they are more like dorm rooms. Prisoners are also allowed to leave the premises to school, work and for official matters, although that needs to be approved by the prison.
