The problem with the pack is arsenal 2.0. I disabled it and it works now. Also there are several mods that need parts disabled if you just enable everything. Would recommend error magnifier to help with figuring out any other issues, it was a big help with this.

I think the problem is Arsenal 2.0 requiring Brita's but brita's isnt in the pack/wasnt downloaded when I clicked "subscribe to all". I did change the modlist quite a bit before I realised that but as soon as I switched to firearms B41 it was great performance

queef try going trow the mod list and for all the red ones reed the description and add the mods that the description cites (you will have to do a couple times remember to close and re open the game after each round of adding mods bc some of the cited mods need other mods wich will be cited) (sorry for my bad english im from italy)

you have to manually go through all the mods and read their descriptions, because either some are not compatible with the others, OR, its not compatible with the game version.
