When a group of people use it at once, it will be because something genuinely impressive just happened that prompted everyone to do it.
When one person uses it, they're likely being sarcastic, making it a 'taunt' in the traditional sense of the word.
good taunt and flows a lot quicker than the previous iteration.

Not sure if his reaction really matches well as a clapping taunt too. Sure, Medic is shocked that the team won, I suppose, but I'd go with another reaction than just taking his glasses once again. That's just my 2 cents, however.
