@dark matter - I don't anticipate adding additional smoke detectors. :(. While I agree that just 1 per house isn't fully realistic, for the game, i think it is a sufficient representation as the walls don't affect sound.
@mr.absorbancy - Check out my latest mod (electrical pack). This will provide a modular way to add realistic electrical to any map you're building.
@fantasticbuilder, g - I don't anticipate adding abandoned variants of the buildings, but i would suggest going through the quest. One of the maps may be right up your alley :)
@hauber - unfortunately no. This was an oversight on my part. I apologize. from my understanding, the light switch mod works well to do what you're asking.
