@Xeno :] the script only prevents player HPs affecting how the director behaves on the lower difficulties making it consistent with expert ; about adrenaline and defibs , those behave the same.

It could be also be fun to randomise the starting medkits I like the concept but would this still spawn the adrenaline or the defib curious?
