Yes sir ill see what i can do for smaller signs and having some static letters you could play with! But yeah they were intended to be big and be seen from far away !

I have been trying to use them for my trader zone, and they work well bar the bit where players can walk up to it and pick them up, the size of the letter and the size of the boards to place them on are too big for something I'm trying to use them for. I placed them via the dayz editor and changed the size and angle of some of the letters, if you have them as static objects like you said duplicated tho so you have one that is unable to be picked up on the server that can be placed as a static object using dayz editor and one that can be used for people it will give this mod and lot more range of use.

Well if i make them static objects then you cant pick them up and attach them to the signs themselves, kinda defeating the purpose of the mod.

Ill see what i can do, i could always duplicate all of the letters and make them static.. but you will end up with 4x26 letters in your admin tool thing🤷‍♂️

love this mod @guiasselin!! A couple of things i would suggest, make the letter static object please as I have changed the size of some of the letters and just found out when i put it on server that you can pick the letters up if placed on editor, would be cool if you could make the whole keyboard with symbols and all and again make them a static object so we can play them in editor please, love this mod tho bro and look forward to what comes of it in the future!!

Not for the moment i'm afraid 🤷‍♂️ probably not before the 3 months mark since it will be long buried under thousands of mods by then !

Having people subscribe to it helps alot with visibility of the mod on the workshop pages. I know you guys like to have the shortest mod list you can have, but for now ill take the subs and visibility if you dont mind! Countless hours invested into making this 🙃

Well you can place it with editor on whatever map youd like, just need to be the same antenna model. And then export as .json or whatever format suits you. The coordinates in the spawning kit are for chernarus that is all, but nothing refrains you to use this on another map.

i will add pictures of like reference points for manual placement.

If you put the coordinates of the Altar Marquee in a Json file in the profile folder, then people could use this mod on other maps using the same tower.

When i tried them Scope 1, they would respawn without attachments (the letters) after restarts, i asked and i was told they need to be handled by the economy to have the attachments and inventory persist. Scope 1 items are usually like houses and things that do not need to have like an inventory saved..

Just to clarify it pretty much only changes how you can access them, and with which admin tools you can.

Awesome. Question tho, can you elaborate on - "The signs must be scope 2 to be saved in the database and have their attachments and cargo persist." I don't understand what you mean .
