Good but he should not have 1, 2, or 3 frame attacks. Attacks have to be slower than grab which is 3f to keep vanilla balance.

F1 moves (Frame one moves) are as fast a move can possibly be in this game, but the fastest a move should be is 4 frames. Unless the character from their game has frame 1 attacks I don't recommend leaving your character with two of such moves.

By the way, about Magyar, I think this is a good idea. I have now already drawn almost all the attacks for Yumiko. As soon as I finish it completely I will make it, maybe the next one will be Magyar
