I think it's just as difficult as nyx
but he does have a little bit of base wealth, so I might decrease it to make it harder

Sorry to say this like this, but the character is too powerful. With just one splash damage upgrade, it can already kill most enemies in one shot and bosses in a few shots. And the easy accessibility of fire rate boosts and the quick charge of terrorize makes it so much quicker to fire those ridiculously powerful bombs.

I think the wallpunch scales way to strong. When you have wall punch level 7, any wall you hit, will be punched onto the end of your sceen, wich I think is way to strong. But otherwise awesome Mod! It fits right in with Vanilla.

starco is a modded boss that is not very tanky but has a ring of orbiting stars that shoot bullets, this boi breaks the fight because the explosion at base level is big enough to hit the thing directly

I had to nerf him because his range was far too OP
his bombs now explode after not hitting anything and also slow down after being fired

it's not supposed to pierce; it instead increases attack damage
same with the splash damage
