Мод менеджер это программа, в которой непосредственно делается мод. Чтобы его запустить нужно нажать "Играть" в библиотеке на FlatOut 2 и выбрать из трех пунктов Mod Manager.

thanks for the mod path, i tried to move install folder via steam on C drive, now it shows it in the mod manager. thanks. i had it on external L drive, thats why
