It doesn't show unusuals on other players, i don't know if it worked earlier, but i guess right now they don't work, or i did something wrong.

BUG: In multiplayer, if 2 or more players are wearing a unusual then the other players unusual clumps up and doesnt dissapear to the point where the server lags too much

Yes, unless you were to separately deliver the particles to a client through a server's fastdl or workshop addon. Probably best to just have people install TF2 though

Any idea on how to make ti so i can see it also? like make it not visible on firstperson, and when you use camara it appears? thirdperson also. something like this would really make people happy.

I actually set times to over 3 hours (I had no idea how to delete it, so I made it for 10.000 seconds, lol) but I have another problem, after starting new round in TTT effects reset, and I have to holster them and equip again, I also changed prices for every effect to 1 and changed max. particle effect equipped to 5, is there any solution for my problem?

I would imagine so. You would need to put the particles from TF2 on your FastDL
