Yep selecting a container throws an error now.

Can you believe I spent several hours just to figure out which mod was causing the errors?

@unknown you can already rename backpacks in vanilla. Changing the icons and colours of containers in the player inventory is not a planned feature

It'd be a lot cooler if it did.

@Kaoeutsu Yeah that's new. CleanUI is a new mod and is likely getting more frequent updates. I'm going to prematurely blame CleanUI for now. I know SS and CleanUI worked together in the past (minus colour) so this assumption makes sense.

@unknown Smarter Storage does not work in the player inventory like on keyrings or backpacks.

It won't let me do it to containers that are in my inventory or nested in my inventory.

It looks like it has some compatibility issues with CleanUI

@WildFire My previous response was to your section talking about presets... You did ask about them... So what you're suggesting is to break down the list of items into the separate categories? I see how that might be beneficial but it also can complicate the UI... I'm going to keep it the way it is... Thanks for the feedback...

Icons work with CleanUI but not colors. I've had this mod for so long but don't use it enough, really helps with loot sort, can use other Mod icons also!

@rodford4200 That sounds like it's not installed correctly or isn't active. Check if the mod works on a new save when it's the only active mod.

mod doesnt work foe me b42. i dont have any of the non compat mods when i right click containers edit,change etc just doesnt appear.

Ok so for me if I replace content of the mod with content of folder 42, I have access to new presets and Copy/Paste functions on b41. So far no problems! Thanks again for the mod!

@Unamelable - Smarter Storage does not work with portable storage, no. The game has built-in renaming for backpacks, which I decided was enough. Changing the icon of backpacks would get confusing imo.

Guess there is no option to work in inventory?

Hey great mod!
I'm on build 41 and seems cannot see Copy/Paste feature. Also no nested presets. And so far did not find any options neither in sandbox nor in settings. Also do not see any info on that. Is that b42 exclusive feature?

Hi. Just a minor detail regarding the presets: VHS is not "digital media", it's an analog format, but the preset with the VHS tape icon is labelled "digital media". Maybe rename that preset to "Multimedia" (to cover both tapes and CDs), or create separate presets for CDs (which are indeed digital) and VHS tapes.

Also (unrelated): it would be nice to have a way to copy just the background colour and apply it to another container without changing its name or icon. Or maybe, if it's easier, just add an HTML RGB field (ex., showing "#FF8800") that can be copied and pasted like text, using the clipboard.
