The main theme wont Make Any Sounds when i Scrub the Timeline, and if i pause near the end it will be silent when i unpause, if i may, MEEEDIIIIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's from the official soundtrack of team fortress. It seems it was assumbly unused.
