Thanks, seems alright to play together with CTT as it doesn't change the skill points amount and experience threshold.

Hello yea that's the point, points are mainly for mount options with a handful for some basic skills/spells or to expertise in one.

You can reach the second tiered skill line if you invest in that skill line alone but not complete it.
