The muzzle flash is not visible/no muzzle flash effect when you shoot, is this intentional, because of the attachment or a bug?

@花鳥玲愛 No its not. The hand just stays like that for other guns as well, it happens when one of the reload animations plays. It doesnt have to do with inspect or helping hand... It happens when you reload.

You know, I noticed that when one of the animations play, (I think is default empty) the character hand gets paralized. It stays in the hitting the bolt release position and even if you change of weapon the hand stays like that.
