For me it only works on the nova prospekt's soldiers

theres no overwriting mod this is the only mod that has changed the combine soldiers promise

nothing changed i didnt update the mod or anything it might be a mod that it is overwriting this mod

what happen to the combine soldiers its just a high quality combine soldiers when i last played with this mod they just like the pictures but now its just high quality combine soldiers

But these models are scripted to have their eye color change when they are alive or dead
(if alive they will their color eyes and in death their eyes will turn grey)
It is not possible to turn it off unless you can modify these models yourself

No no Disabling is a quick process where if your in the uh addon menu you click on the blue wrench and find a "disable all addons button and click on it" its not gonna uninstall it just disables your addons and then enable HL:A styled combine and then restart gmod

try disasbling all your addons and enable this one and restart your gmod and then open a map to see if the elite model works
If not i can't help
