Signs should work now. I only saved the map again (without changing anything) and now the links are in the GBX-File. Very surprising...

The signs do not work still - the download links are not saved into the map file for some reason.
You can check it if you temporarly move the sign pack into another folder and load the map to see if game automatically downloads them or just use this nice program (GbxDump): {LINK FJERNET}
It will show what custom files are used and if they have download links. ;)
