It's a surprisingly accurate rendition. I like the connection of the third floors of both hobbytown and fabulous finds. the doorway placement in fabulous finds is mostly accurate, that would lead to a stairwell downward. an additional stair in the empty room in the back of the map would exist between the two doorways, going down into the garage for shipments. I only presume it would have been there back then, as its a big stairwell and the one in FF is not ideal for moving furniture en masse.
