I wanna see a Kano sometime in the future and for scorpion you might want to make so he has the perk that allows him to throw and get the hook back + hook weapon

Looks like your mod is altering vanilla files rather than creating new ones. Make sure you're not naming things identically to their vanilla counterparts + do not replace existing materials or textures.
