Update to not explode with watcher and add configurable randomization. The Watcher slugcat itself has been excluded from the effects of this mod until I can figure out what the fuck to do with that little twerp's special circumstances.

Also a tip, if you know how to find it: you can see where the echoes randomize to by checking BepInEx's log
