Alright, thanks for the info.
I won't bother you with it again since its a bug that no one know why it happens or how to fix it.
I've had to remove all custom shipsets because of the 4.0 update turning them into ghost ships.
The only thing custom shipset still listed in the shipset list when creating a custom empire is the NIKKE Shipset that's using the Mammalian ship appearance and in the the finalization of the custom empire creation no matter what shipset I use, it still shows a ghost ship appearance for the empire.
Again, I don't why this mod shows a custom shipset even when you specify this mod doesn't add any.
Do you or anyone else have this issue? Or might you know of a work around I can implement?
Btw, you have 30.01.2024 in Updates instead of 30.0125

Yep, we continue it, improved it by adding males and properly separated portraits to specific genders and we will keep adding new chars as they get released, though not instantly cause we first must get a transparent model for it
