This reminds me of that line of toys during the 90s or 80s. It would be cool if he broke apart like Legos if the Heavy Gibs, it could be the same effect, but will no blood and half cut off head.

the robo heavy variant would be knocked around more by airblasts and explosives but would have a whopping 600 health and it regens 5 healh per second

No no no... don't pretend he's mechanical. Make the item description something like "Perfect attire if you need to make some extra cash by moonlighting as a crash test dummy". Awesome Item, but you need to be careful with the desc.
