hello! first of all I wanted to say that I really appreciate what you make! however, can you try making it so that it can work in Early Start? in 1930 and 1940 these flags are unable to be used and require you to wait untill 1948 to use, I assume this is a mistake.

@Furst ОP антикоммунист, вы можете прочитать их bs в файлах, однако есть несколько текстурных модов для флагов, которые требуют лишь небольшой замены.
