@N13 well, since it is, technically, a shotgun - not accurate at all.
However, here's some data to it - it shoots 24 pellets at 30 degree spread, each of these pellets can penetrate up to 15 target. On top of that it also makes an invisible explosion, that stunns and pushes everyone around the MH.

@CorporalDude that would demote this fantastic horn to the level of basic Mechanic's junk-like looking contraption called "Scrap cannon".
